ALL ABOUT US

We are a locally-owned bakery whose passion is making cheesecakes. We are owned by two brothers Chris and Farel McLester. We started by making cheesecakes for our family but then it slowly blossomed into a business within a few years. After having several family members tell us we need to sell our cheesecakes, we figured why not! So, we started with friends and worked our way to bigger things. Our cheesecakes are featured at Route 75 in Dakota, IL, Salamone's North in Rockford, IL, and The Mill in Machesney Park, IL.
